A Texas A&M chemical engineer, Ray Deyoe has twenty five years of experience in operations management, project development, project engineering and related industrial equipment sales in the energy industry. Ray has been involved in the Gulf Coast cogeneration industry throughout his career, with applications including industrial waste heat recovery, gas turbine combined cycle, cogeneration, solid fuels gasification and advanced reciprocating engines.

Professional Positions
Integral Power, LLC – Managing Director — Ray co-founded Integral Power in 2000 and is involved in every aspect of the company, including sales and marketing, project identification, feasibility analyses, commercial negotiations, EPC execution and ongoing operations. Through IP Ray serves as a Managing Partner of Port Arthur Steam Energy LP, a 45MW (equivalent) waste heat-to-power facility in Port Arthur, Texas that was developed by Integral Power and achieved commercial operation in 2005.

Process Sales Company – Manufacturers Representative (representatives for Deltak, GEA Power Cooling, Alstom and many others) — represented several world class heat recovery, power and cogeneration equipment manufacturers to the process and power industries in Texas and Louisiana. Customers included developers, EPC contractors and end users including refineries, petrochemical plants, electric utilities and cogeneration plants.

The Wing Group – Project Engineer — responsible for technical and financial support for development of international gas turbine and reciprocating engine based power projects ranging from 100 to 2400MW; including permitting, proforma modeling and vendor interface.

Destec Energy, Inc. (Dow Energy Systems Technology) – Positions as Process Engineer (Gasification Business Unit) and Power Systems Engineer — responsible for process simulation and capital cost estimation in support of commercial development and engineering including screening studies, conceptual design and detailed equipment optimization for combined cycle/cogeneration and solid fuels gasification projects.

Northern Engineering, Inc. – Process Engineer/Engineering Assistant — responsible for combined cycle/cogeneration plant performance simulation and optimization, environmental permitting support, equipment specification, and on-site performance testing of a 440MW combined cycle power plant.
