L-Con Engineers & Constructors – VP Renewable Power & Transmission. Built organization to construct renewable generation and transmission lines. Successfully constructed over 130 miles of 345 kV transmission lines in West Texas.
E.ON North America – VP & Senior Project Manager. Negotiated supply agreements with turbine vendors and EPC contracts and supervised construction of over 1,600 MW of wind generation. M&A activities domestically and in Canada for purchase of individual projects and development companies.
Texas Independent Energy – VP Business Development establishment of trading operations in support of 2,000 MW of CCGT generation, origination, M&A of additional generation and development of new generation projects.
LG&E Energy Marketing and Development – Marketing analysis and origination for wholesale power sales. Identification and development of sites for 2600 MW of CCGT generation prior to LG&E exiting the Texas market.
Texas Utilities and Predecessor Companies – Various positions including civil design of gas and coal fired generation, distribution and service facilities. Managed wholesale power service and negotiated transmission interconnection agreements.
