An attorney, Debbie Branch has thirty-five years of experience in oil and gas exploration and production, pipeline management, midstream project development, natural gas marketing, and gas fired power plant development. She has held executive management positions with several energy companies, some publicly traded and others as start-up efforts. She has operational experience with most sectors of the energy industry.

Genova Power Solutions, LLC – Owner, Director
Debbie co-founded Genova Power Solutions, a privately owned development company whose primary focus is the development of gas-fired combined cycle plants. Debbie is primarily responsible for permitting, legal, site acquisition and procurement of water and gas for the gas-fired development projects pursed by Genova. She also manages and coordinates legal and administrative matters relating to project management.

Southwestern Energy Company – Sr. Vice-President of Marketing
Managed and directed the activity of the gas marketing (both internal and third-party) company as well as NOARK Pipeline, an interstate pipeline in which Southwestern owned a half-interest.

Stalwart Energy Company – Executive Vice-President
Managed and directed marketing and trading activity for company owned, as well as third-party purchasing and sales efforts. Worked on retail marketing concepts of power.

Vesta Energy Company – President
Formed Vesta Energy Company, a natural gas marketing company that grew to be one of the nation’s leading independent marketing companies. As President, she not only developed and directed the strategies for the company that was responding to an industry in the throes of deregulation, but also played an active role on behalf of all independent gas marketers before FERC, offering testimony and support for an emerging segment of a redefined, competitive gas market.
